Assetize was founded by a couple with a passion for property. The company name “Assetize” was derived from the mission of the founders to harness the intrinsic value locked up in a property and transform it from a current liability into a future asset, hence “Assetizing” the property.

Investors Risk Mitigation
*Depending on project Assetize will provide investors with the necessary loan agreement with security drawn up by our lawyers.
*All funds will be kept safe by paying it into our lawyer’s account until it is invested.
*Provision can be made for collateral in the form of a personal suretyship or security over a bond registered in the owner’s name.
